At Baobab Collection, we strive for excellence in every handcrafted piece; if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Request Authorization

  Contact our concierge team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Secure Packaging

  Carefully repack your items in their original protective casing and shipping box to ensure the delicate glass and wax remain intact during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package, ensuring any previous delivery barcodes are completely covered.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our artisans inspect the returned items for quality assurance, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
